Kharadi pilot terms

These are implementation-stage pilot terms and require owner/legal review before production use.
Membership
The initial plan is ₹499 for seven consecutive days from admin-confirmed activation, with one non-accumulating booking credit per calendar date.
Booking and cancellation
Members may book a published session until it starts while capacity remains. The current reversible pilot default allows cancellation until start time without an automatic penalty. Sessions may change or be cancelled for operational or safety reasons.
Community conduct
Members are expected to treat participants, hosts, venues, and staff respectfully and follow reasonable safety and venue instructions. A final conduct and incident policy must be approved before launch.
