Circl uses account and contact details to operate membership, bookings, attendance, support, and essential transactional communication. The local demonstration stores only fictional or user-entered demo data on this computer and must not be used for real customer information.
Information intended for the pilot
Name, email, WhatsApp number, neighbourhood, membership state, bookings, attendance, consent history, and support/audit records required to operate the service.
Transactional messages may cover confirmations, reminders, venue or time changes, and cancellations. Marketing messages require a separate decision and consent basis. The current demo queues messages but does not send them.
Before production
Circl must publish final controller contact details, retention periods, processor/provider details, deletion and correction procedures, and legally reviewed terms before collecting production member data.
